This seasoning is our interpretation of the classic Montreal steak blend. The mix of different textures, with powdered, cracked, and whole spices is ideal to draw moisture out of meat, so it’s most often used for marinades and as a dry rub. This signature mix of spices, garlic, sea salt, and a hint of chile flakes is a perfect complement to steaks, burgers, or pork chops, as well as meat substitutes like tofu and seitan. Naturally vegan and gluten free.
