This refreshing tea blend combines the natural antioxidants of Japanese Sencha green tea with the energizing aroma and flavor of US-grown peppermint leaves. Mint tea is traditionally used in the Middle Eastern as a natural digestion helper, and it is great to soothe an upset stomach. Naturally vegan and gluten-free, contains caffeine. Steep 1 tsp of tea per each 8 oz of water at at 160 – 180 °F for up to 5 minutes.
