Tandoori is a traditional Indian seasoning blend that is used in dishes such as tandoori chicken, traditionally made in a tandoor clay oven, but just as delicious when made in a regular oven or on an open grill. Mix with Greek yogurt or olive oil and use to marinate the protein of your choice before grilling or roasting, or make it a yummy and easy dip with yogurt or goat and cream cheese. Spicy but well-balanced.
Naturally vegan and gluten-free.
Ingredients: salt (50 mg per 1/4 tsp), turmeric, ginger, cayenne pepper, lemon peel, beet powder, tomato powder, paprika, garlic, canola oil.
