Maybe the most famous of all the masalas, Garam Masala is a staple in Indian cuisine. It is a traditional spice for cauliflower and chicken (butter chicken, anyone?), but also lends itself well to fish, pork, potatoes and lentils. It is said that every Indian household has its own recipe for Garam Masala. We decided to go for a no salt version, as most traditional recipes.
