When Korea meets New England, delicious things happen!
This rub is one of our original recipes, blended with house-made maple sugar from our own trees. We were inspired by the sweet n’ savory flavor combo typical of Korean BBQ and bulgogi, whose sweetness is usually achieved by a mix of palm and brown sugar, and recreated the flavor profile using traditional New England ingredients. This rub is great on wings, pork butt, and flank steak, but would be equally delicious on roasted butternut or for grain bowls. Naturally vegan and gluten-free.
