This very popular and versatile traditional Mexican blend is traditionally used as a dry rub for meat, fish or seafood, but can also be used to season guacamole or pickled veggies, like chiles en adobo. We like it especially on roasted chicken, enchiladas, and rice and beans dishes. Naturally gluten free and dairy free, not suitable for a vegan diet (contains honey powder).
