However, no matter your choice of protein and toppings, you simply cannot make fajitas without spices, and our Fajita seasoning mix is a sure fire way of replicating this much beloved dish in the comfort of your own kitchen.

Fajitas are an extremely popular dish in Tex-Mex cuisine; the name means “little strips” as the protein and veggies are sliced into strips before cooking. This dish is classically prepared with slices of grilled skirt steak or chicken, but can also be made with pork, shrimp, or seitan. Fajitas are usually served sizzling with sautéed bell peppers and onions, along with tortillas and an array of toppings on the side. However, it doesn’t matter what type of protein is used, you cannot make fajitas without spices. Every restaurant will have their own fajita seasoning, and ours is based on Revolution Cantina’s recipe, a much beloved tex-mex Claremont restaurant. Naturally vegan and gluten-free.
