Curry powder, Goan

This curry powder is typical of the coastal Indian state of Goa, and is traditionally used for fish and seafood dishes. Mild and zesty, it is a pretty unique curry blend, with notes of coconut and tamarind. Great to experience a regional Indian cuisine that is otherwise not very well-know this side of the world.

Known for its vibrant, seafood-centric cuisine, the coastal Indian state of Goa has a unique style of curry all its own, with ingredients such as coconut, tamarind, and lime leaves, which are not usually found in most other curries. Enjoy with fish or seafood in a coconut-milk based curry for a classic Goan dish, or as a unique addition to roasted veggies or dips. Since it does not contain dried chiles, this curry is on the more delicate, milder side.

This blend contains dairy and tree nuts, and therefore it is not suitable for vegans or people with a tree nut allergy. Naturally gluten-free.
