Use to make your own fermented kimchi cabbage (or other veggies) or as a dry rub for either meat, fish or meat substitutes. You can also mix it with boiling water to make a spicy Korean paste to use as a dressing. Unlike most commercial kimchi products, our does not contain fish sauce or dried bonito flakes, so it can be enjoyed by vegetarians and vegans as well.
