Let your taste buds set sail for an ocean of flavor, courtesy of this fiery seasoning. This blend is inspired by the classic Californian blend of the same name, but we swapped the ground rosemary of the original recipe for whole leaves, since the freshness of the whole rosemary provide a better balance to the spiciness of the Cayenne pepper and ground black pepper. Great for dry rubs and smoking, this blend it a delicious pairing for meat and fish alike, but also for roasted potatoes and other sturdy veggies. Try it on brisket, tri-tip, white fish, salmon, and even octopus. Naturally vegan and gluten-free.
