One of the most popular herbal teas, chamomile is renewed for its gentle, sweet, and floral flavor and aroma, as well as for its well-documented soothing and relaxing properties, which make it an ideal beverage to consume before bedtime, or in case of a cold, or an upset tummy. The dried flowers can also be used to make DIY face and body cream or hair products, since they are packed with antioxidant and can help tighten pores and bring out naturally highlight golden hair tones. Chamomile can also be mixed and matched with other botanicals (such as clover, rose hips, and hibiscus) for personalized herbal infusions, or with tea varieties, to lighten them up without having to add sugar or other sweeteners. Naturally vegan, gluten-free, and caffeine-free.

Steep 1 tsp of chamomile flowers per 8 oz boiling water for a minimum of 5 minutes. Since the infusion is caffeine-free, it won’t turn bitter even if flowers are left in water for much longer.
