And this blend is our take on extra-classic rib rub, with just the right mix of salt, pepper, herbs, and aromatics to enhance and elevate prime rib, roasts, and brisket without overpowering it. Try it on roasted chicken also. Rub the mix on the meat directly for an herbaceous crust, or mix it with oil for more subtle results. Naturally vegan and gluten-free.
